Distributor Policy

01

Scope of Application – Beverage Products

This policy applies to customers, including restaurants, eateries, and businesses operating in the food and beverage sector.

A minimum order of 30 bottles is required. Banh Viet reserves the right to decline orders that do not meet the minimum quantity or fall outside the designated distribution areas.

02

Products & Quality Standards

Core Products: Natural bottled beverages (330–400 ml).

Quality Standards:

  • Clear liquid, naturally derived colour, and a fresh, authentic taste.
  • Free from preservatives; made from natural ingredients; suitable for consumers aged six and above.
  • Shelf life: 7–10 days from the production date.
  • Must be refrigerated at 5–7°C at all times.

Product Risks:

  • Beverages may ferment, leak, or rupture if transported or stored improperly.
  • Customers are responsible for following the recommended storage guidelines to maintain product quality.
03

Monthly volume incentives are applied as follows:

  • From 300 bottles: an additional 1% discount
  • From 600 bottles: an additional 2% discount

04

Credit & Payment Policy

New customers are required to make full payment before their order is shipped.

Established business clients – those who have partnered with us for over three months and maintained a strong payment record – may be eligible for a credit term of up to 15 days.

Credit limits may be adjusted at Banh Viet’s discretion based on actual payment performance.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, COD, or payment terms defined under a corporate contract.

05

Delivery & Storage Policy

All products must be stored at a temperature between 5°C and 7°C throughout the entire journey—from Banh Viet’s warehouse to your restaurant or eatery.

Banh Viet ensures secure packaging and uses dedicated refrigerated transport to maintain product integrity.

Upon delivery, our staff will inspect each bottle to ensure it is free from cracks, leaks, and loose caps before handing over the goods.

Restaurants and food-service partners are responsible for proper storage, which includes maintaining constant refrigeration at 5 – 7°C in coolers or ice boxes, avoiding direct sunlight, and arranging bottles securely without stacking them in multiple layers.

Any damage or spoilage resulting from improper storage will be the customer’s responsibility

06

Product Exchange & Warranty Policy

Banh Viet provides exchange support within 2 days for any technical defects, including damaged caps, leakage, unusual odour, or premature fermentation.

Exchanges are not applicable for products damaged due to improper storage or handling.

For items nearing the end of shelf life, we offer exchange support for up to 10% of the remaining inventory.

For broken or leaking bottles, customers should separate the affected items, record the quantity, and report the issue immediately to Banh Viet if it is determined to originate from production.

07

Launch & Merchandising Policy

Bulk purchase promotion: For orders of 10 bottles or more, customers will receive one complimentary bottle (assorted) or may be eligible for additional discounts when displaying the products at their counter.

Display support: Banh Viet provides POSM materials and menu displays after the first 10 days of the launch period.

On-site guidance: Banh Viet staff will train restaurant or café personnel on proper storage, stock management, and how to handle damaged or leaking bottles.

08

Liability & Commitment

Banh Viet: We commit to providing products that meet our quality standards, with the correct shelf life, along with marketing support and proper storage guidance. Banh Viet is not liable for any bottles that are damaged, leaking, or spoiled due to improper storage on the client’s part.

Business Clients: Must comply with pricing policies, maintain proper storage conditions, ensure product display as agreed, make payments on time, and take responsibility for any damaged or leaking bottles caused by incorrect handling or storage.

Mutual Commitment: Both parties agree to cooperate with transparency and a shared goal of sustainable growth. Disputes will be prioritised for resolution through negotiation; if they remain unresolved, they will be addressed by the appropriate authorities in accordance with the law.
